We also need pictures of the damaged item including the outer packaging. After receiving the e-mail, we will check the case and get back to you as soon as possible.
We also ask you to keep the outer packaging until we reply, as the damage may have been caused by the shipping service provider and we also need the outer packaging for the damage report.
