If your item purchased from us has defects within the first 2 years, you can complain to us as long as it is a manufacturing defect.
IMPORTANT: Washed articles or hygiene articles as well as damage caused by external influences and improper handling cannot be claimed.
Complaints procedure:
- Contact our service team via email service@afew-store.com and register your complaint in advance.
- Please describe in detail in your email why you are returning the item and send us the following photos of the item in question:
- 1) A full view of the item and the sole
- 2) A close-up of the affected area
- 3) Photo of the size label inside the shoe
- 4) Photo of the size label on the box (if still available)
- Our service team will check the complaint immediately and give you feedback as to whether the complaint will be approved. (Complaints cannot be processed without registration)
- In the event of a complaint, we will offer you a voucher or another item to the value of the goods complained about. Any differences must be paid by the customer.
For information: You are also welcome to hand in your complaint at our store on presentation of your delivery bill or invoice. Our store team will forward your complaint to our central warehouse.
After receiving your complaint, processing may take 10-14 working days.
