If the parcel has not moved after a few days, you are welcome to contact our service service@afew-store.com. Please note, however, that even we can only make an inquiry with the shipping service provider after approx. 7 working days if the parcel has not moved.
Unfortunately, it can also take up to 21 working days for us to receive feedback from the shipping service provider as to what has happened to the parcel.
We therefore ask for your understanding that we cannot initiate a replacement delivery or refund during this period. We can only act accordingly once we have received final feedback from the shipping service provider.
