In this case, we ask you to file a damage report with our shipping service provider DHL. Please complete the damage report form and follow the further instructions.
This is how it works:
1. please contact our support team service@afew-store.com as soon as you have received your parcel. Send us the completed damage report form.
2 . please hand in the shipment for inspection at a Deutsche Post branch.
3 . the shipment will then be sent by DHL with your damage report to the responsible parcel center for assessment.
4. as soon as the damage assessment has been processed and we have received feedback from the DHL service center, we will contact you immediately.
If you have received your order with a different shipping service provider, please contact our support team.
Please note that the damage report must be submitted within seven days of delivery!
