You have two years to complain about your article if it is a manufacturing defect.
If you would like to report a complaint to us, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and send us photos of the item for a better assessment.
Washed items, Hygiene items and damage caused by external influences and improper handling cannot be claimed.
Please note that defective items can only be processed if you have received approval from us beforehand. Send pictures to our service team in advance, so that you can get an overview of the damage in advance.
We offer a voucher or another item in the value of the claimed goods in case of a complaint. Any differences must be borne by the customer.
For your information: You are also welcome to submit your complaint to us in the store, upon presentation of your delivery bill or invoice. Our store team will forward your complaint to our central warehouse accordingly.
After receiving your complaint, the processing may take 10-14 working days.
