You can also collect your order from our store in Düsseldorf. To do this, select "Pick up in store" as the shipping method at checkout.
As soon as your order has been prepared for collection, we will send you a collection confirmation by email. We ask you to have your ID or an authorization from the customer including the order number ready for collection.
