Unfortunately, the item does not appear to have been returned to us in its original condition as required by us (see return requirements). Our returns department thoroughly checks all returns for condition, defects or odors.
If an item has defects, we will unfortunately have to reject your return as we cannot resell the item. You are welcome to reply to the returns rejection e-mail and describe the facts to us.
Please note that the returned items must be sent back to us in their original condition, undamaged and unworn.
