How long do I have to exchange items that I bought in the store in Düsseldorf?

You have a 14-day right of return of withdrawal, i.e. you can return your purchase within 14 days in our store, where the store regulations apply.

Please note: Returns are only possible on presentation of the proof of purchase in exchange for a voucher or other goods, a refund of the purchase amount is excluded.
